
Baked Stuffed Pork Chops

Instructions
Slit a pocket along the bone side of each chop.
Prepare the stuffing by browning the onion and celery in a little fat, then combining with crumbs, salt and pepper, sage and poultry seasoning and water.
Stuff each chop with 1/4 of the mixture.
Skewer edges together with toothpicks; season chops with salt and pepper.
Place in baking pan.
Cover and bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for one hour.
