cinnamon1 teaspoon
coconut oil1 tablespoon
flax seeds3 tablespoons
maple syrup1 cup
oats1 cup
pecans0.5 cup
coconut0.5 cup
vanilla1 teaspoon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.Combine oats, nuts, flax seeds and coconut.
Place on cookie sheet (with a silpat if you have it) and toast for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, combine syrup, oil and cinnamon in a small saucepan and warm through, on medium low heat, for about 5 minutes.
Take off heat and add vanilla.Take the oat mixture out of the oven and drizzle liquid over the oat mixture.
Stir until all the oats are coated in the liquid.
Spread out and put back in oven for about 40 minutes, or until browned, mixing ever 10 minutes to make sure the edges dont burn.When it looks golden brown take out, let cool and enjoy!
