Instructions
Preheat oven to 300Β°F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.Combine the oats, almonds, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract and stir.
Make sure there are no completely dry oats.Spread this mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Allow granola to cool completely before serving.One serving is about 1/2 cup.
