Brown ground beef with onionCook potatoes in water till soft, drainMash potatoes, add chicken broth as needed to make smooth mashed potatoesSpread browned ground beef in bottom of 8x11 Pyrex dishSpread mashed potatoes over beef layerSpead corn kernels over mashed potato layerSprinkle grated cheese over corn layerBake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is meltedWhen the pie comes out of the oven, lightly dust the top with a little pepper if desired.
