
Tangy cabbage slaw

Ingredients
Mayonnaise250ml
LemonZest and juice of 1
Cider Vinegar2 tablespoons
Wholegrain Mustard2 tablespoons
Celery Salt1 tsp
White Cabbage1/4
Red Cabbage1/4
Carrots2
Onion1 Diced
Celery2 sliced
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, mustard and celery salt in a small bowl, then season generously.
Add cabbage, carrots, onion and celery.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Can be made up to 1 day ahead.
