Tangy cabbage slaw

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
    Mayonnaise250ml
  • Lemon
    LemonZest and juice of 1
  • Cider Vinegar
    Cider Vinegar2 tablespoons
  • Wholegrain Mustard
    Wholegrain Mustard2 tablespoons
  • Celery Salt
    Celery Salt1 tsp
  • White Cabbage
    White Cabbage1/4
  • Red Cabbage
    Red Cabbage1/4
  • Carrots
    Carrots2
  • Onion
    Onion1 Diced
  • Celery
    Celery2 sliced

Instructions

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, mustard and celery salt in a small bowl, then season generously.

Add cabbage, carrots, onion and celery.

Mix well and refrigerate.

Can be made up to 1 day ahead.
