Ingredients

  • Beetroot

  • Olive Oil
    Olive Oil4 tbs
  • Chicken Stock Cube
    Chicken Stock Cube1
  • Water
    Water6 cups
  • Potatoes
    Potatoes3
  • Cannellini Beans
    Cannellini Beans1 can
  • Dill
    DillGarnish

Instructions

Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins.

Add the other ingredients and boil until soft.

Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins.

Serve in the soup pot.
