
Easy Weeknight Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
sirloin steak - cut across the grain1.25 lbs
onion1 medium
mushrooms4 oz
water1.5 cup
egg noodles3 cups
velveeta8 oz
peas1 can
cream of mushroom soup1 Can
milk0.5 cup
salt0.5 tsp
pepper0.5 tsp

Instructions
In a large skillet brown the steak and onions on medium high x 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Stir in water and bring to a boil.
Add the noodles and bring to a boil again.
Reduce to simmer and cook x 7 minutes until the noodles are done.
Add the other ingredients, simmer until velveeta is melted.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
