Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Stack tortillas and cut into fourths.Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.Sprinkle with saltBake 10-15 minutes or until chips are crisp.In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat and add water.
Stir and let simmer until water is absorbed.In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat.Stir in flour to melted butter; cook for 1 minute.Slowly whisk in milk so there are no lumps.Add cheeses, turmeric, and paprika.Cook on medium-low heat until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened.Arrange chips on a plate.
Drizzle the hot cheese over the chips.Top with the meat, green onions, and jalapeos.
