Quick gazpacho

Ingredients

  • Passata
    Passata250g
  • Red Pepper
    Red Pepper1 chopped
  • Red Chilli
    Red Chilli1 chopped
  • Garlic
    Garlic1 clove peeled crushed
  • Sherry vinegar
    Sherry vinegar1 teaspoon
  • Lime
    LimeJuice of 1/2

Instructions

In a blender (or with a stick blender), whizz together the passata, red pepper, chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice until smooth.

Season to taste, then serve with ice cubes.
