Instrucciones
In a small bowl mash bananas and add egg whites, vanilla and oil.
Stir well.
Dump into large bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray and add oatmeal mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
Bake on 350F for 35 minutes.
Allow 5 minutes to cool.
