extra virgin olive oil5 tablespoons

lime juice1 tablespoon

tahini1 tablespoon
water3 tablespoons

Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except water) in a blender or food processor.Then add the water.
Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth.Place in serving bowl, and drizzle a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on top.Serve with pita.
