garlic - remove skin4
coriander leaves3 sprig
carton milk0.25 cup
drops of virgin olive oil2 servings
pepper and salt2 servings

Instructions
Add the first 4 ingredients into a pot.
Pour about 2 cups of water.
Simmer and cook to soften.
Remove from heat and blend to a smooth puree.
Pour back into the pan.
Simmer till heated through.
(Note: add water if you like to dilute) Pour milk/cream; season with pepper and salt.
Drizzle olive oil over before serving.
