Simple Garlic Butter Naan

greek yogurt1.25 cup
baking powder2 teaspoons
salt0.5 tsp
garlic4 cloves
butter3 tbsp
ghee3 tbsp

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Mix together the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.Knead dough on a floured surface for 2 minutes.Divide dough into 6 equal balls.Start melting butter in a sauce pan.
Once it has melted, stir in minced garlic.Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.Roll out 1 dough ball into a thin disc.Pan fry the disc, flipping once, until nicely browned on both sides.Repeat with all discs.Brush the fried naan with garlic butter and put in the oven for a few minutes until all the naan is warm and crisp.
