Chicken Parmesan Patty- Eat As A Burger OR On Pasta

Instrucciones
Preheat oven to 400Combine groundchicken, egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasonings and half of the chopped onion in a bowl.
Shape into 6-8 patties.Coat in more bread crumbs.
Place on sheet pan.
Drizzle with Olive oil.Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165.Starting the sauce:Add water, tomato paste, dates and sun dried tomato to a sauce pan over medium heat.
Stir until fully combined.Bring to a boil.
When the sauce starts to boil, reduce to simmer.Add tomatoes, fresh herbs and seasonings.
Simmer while chicken finishes.Serve over whole wheat pasta OR as a burger!
